1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using FreshKeep ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Apple device for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Modify or create derivative works of the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. The expiry date tracking and notifications are provided as a convenience — always check product packaging for actual expiry dates. Do not rely solely on the App for food safety decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes but is not limited to any health issues resulting from consuming expired products.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses the Open Food Facts API to look up product information. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of information provided by this third-party service.
7. Updates
We may update the App from time to time. Updates may change or remove features. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Since all data is stored locally on your device, your data will remain on your device until you delete it.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
